「Nice comfy stay near candolim」

「Whole building were under renovation. I did not find any information about it through the web. Even when I made a reservation, no information came to me. The temporary lobby was just next to the car parking and the way to the room was horrible, full of dust. The sounds were big and it was filled with even lot of uncomfortable smell. I have never felt uncomfortable like this before. I trusted the name of Hyatt, so I paid more than 3 times charges comparing to the local cozy hotel where I...

「The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi.
