「Lovely clean rooms with exceptional aircon. Cleaned spotlessly every day. Good clean pool and friendly staff. In a nice quiet location but only 10 min walk to main beach. Highly recommend 」

「Er godt beliggende hotel, det ligger tæt på Calangute strand - som er helt fantastisk! Men skal bare et par meter ned af den. Personalet har været meget venligt. Morgenmadsbuffeten er okay, der kunne godt være lidt mere forskellig frugt. Området er så hyggeligt og de holder det pænt! Træningscenteret er udmærket 」

「It's ok, especially pasta at cafe Azul was great in India. But, it's not wonderful. It's expensive for the entire service. 」

「Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

「ロケーションと設備はとても清潔で快適でした。ただスタッフのサービスレベルにばらつきがあったのが残念でした。 1. まず予約の変更をお願いしたところ、不可能との回答があったことは、元の商品の設定なので仕様がなかったですが、電話したところ、直接メールすれば、対応は可能と言われ、送付したところ、時間が経って帰ってきた回答は不可能と変わらず。であれば、メールの手間はアドバイスすべきではなかったのでは。 2. 出発時のタクシーを早朝時間だったため、予め前日に予約したところ、当日手配されておらず、20分以上待つ結果に。 3. クレジット1500 INR分が施設内で利用できるとの特典をもらいましたが、チェックアウト時には換算されておらず。 4. チェックアウト時の精算の際に、他の人のランチ・ドリンクが計上されており、調査する間10分以上待たされ。 新人のスタッフが多いのか、横の連携がされていない理由による、手違いが多く、設備の質が高い分、期待を大きく裏切られたステイでした。」
