"All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We stayed in a very nice river view room which had a really comfortable bed. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet and we had some of the best food of the holiday when eating at the hotel in an evening. We were very happy with the quiet location of the hotel as this was across the river from the very busy Baga resort and beach, but was within easy walking distance. It was very relaxing lying by the pool and watching the local fishermen. Would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Baga. "

"This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."

"Dear Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My family and I were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, directly below a pub located on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, loud noise and music continued until 3 AM on both nights of our stay, making it extremely difficult for us to sleep or relax. This caused a great deal of discomfort and affected the quality of our entire trip. In addition to the noise disturbance, the room provided was not suitable for a family. There was barely any space to move around, and it lacked basic amenities such as carpeting, which made it feel cold and uninviting. Overall, the room did not meet the standards expected for a comfortable family stay. I request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent such experiences for future guests. I also kindly ask for compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience we faced during our stay."
