Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel.

Could improve services and quality

The room was clean but the staff was poorly trained. The receptionist asked us if we have booked the room as breakfast included where as the hilton hotel provides free breakfast with the booking. The "mini bar" included in the room is a cabinet provided for the drinks. I wouldnt call it a mini bar as it doesnt keep anything in it cool.

I booked my room knowing the fact that this is the Hilton’s property so I was expecting atleast the basic cleanliness but I was highly disappointed ☹️ after experience. There are Stains on the tiles and the bathroom doors and room’s floor wasn’t mopped .

Curtains were untidy. Were having Chocolate spots. Fan on low speed was making noises. AC Fin's were broken and Air was coming directly on head. Asked for mosquito repellent (Goodnight) at night but didn't get. Most of the times phones were unanswered. On a 3 night stay. Key was changed for 4 times as they stop working. Old property. Food prices are too hing.
