"Fue una experiencia increible. El staff super bueno y el animador Joy muy bueno y sin el no seria igual ese lugar porque tiene mucha gracia para lo que hace y por el cumpleaños de mi esposa le mando a hacer algo muy especial en la habitacion y se lo agradesco muchisimo. Lo unico que no nos gusto y es por la temporada esta, es que la playa estaba llena de salgaso. Recomiendo este hotel 100%. Pienso regresar en cuanto pueda para mis proximas vacaciones. Gracias por el gran servicio y por habernos dado una experiencia inolvidable en nuestra primera visita a Cancun."
