"Literally an oasis away from the beach! Very relaxing and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food from pastries to fruits. Lots of restaurants nearby for Dinner. "

"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like vibe. "

"Great location, very nice hotel and great staff. But, honestly, their bedding really needs to be updated and I told them this: the mattress was hard as a rock and seemed old. But the rain head shower in the bathroom was amazing and all else was good. In spite of the above I would probably stay again."

"The unit itself was very spacious, clean and nice overall. Many areas of improvement are needed to for any future guests. Bedrooms - Only 2 sad and flat pillows. Each bed needs 4 pillows for comfort. Bathroom - There were 4 adults but only 3 bath towels at arrival. By the time we noticed on our first night, it was too late to ask for an extra bath towel because the office staff was gone for the night. More about towels, no face/wash cloth towels, no extra hand or bath towels of any kind. Had to exchange with the security guy on a nightly basis. Upstairs bathroom shower - no water pressure and was cold water. The shower head was sprinkling making it unbearable. Our friends in the room had to come downstairs into our room and we shared taking turns to shower. Pool - We stayed in the penthouse suite with direct access to the rooftop pool. The pin code door knob did not work to allow us back into our unit so we had to use something to prop the door open or else use the elevator to go down a level then access our main unit doors. Also, there are no pool towels for guests so we had to use our bath towels then exchange them for new ones in order to shower. Hot tub - took 2 hours to fill... basically useless. Garbage - tiny kitchen garbage can with no building instructions on where to put garbage when full. We had to ask the security guy for a new garbage bag. Also no place for recycling bottles or cans. "
