Greenwood Kemer Resort

"We stayed only 5 nights and didn’t have opportunity to use all amenities. Hotel is close to Kemer in the small village Goynuk. We rented the car and luckily got the parking spot outside of the hotel each night. Hotel didn’t let our car in. The room was good size with balcony. The room was not cleaned well after the previous residents. Lock was broken few times and staff was very helpfully to fix it. Good in the buffet was great, really like everything particularly cheese variety and meat too. Lobby Bar is very simple. Beach is difficult to walk on unless you have swimming shoes. Weather was great sea temperature was 21-22. The rest is ok"

"Vi var mycket nöjda med renligheten och komforten på ert hotell, samt personalens vänliga, hjälpsamma och professionella bemötande. Extra tack till Enise, Ramazan, Onur, Erkan och Eren, var otroligt hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Läget och bekvämligheterna är fantastiska. Vi kommer definitivt att välja detta hotell igen och rekommenderar det till alla. Tack för allt!"

"Only booked into hotel because original booked hotel was closed upon arrival so had to check-in to somewhere quick. Upon check-in staff were friendly enough, however, property in poor condition, no cover on the fuse box in the room so exposed wires directly outside the bathroom, staff stayed up shouting until early hours of the morning most days, telephone in reception extremely loud, rarely answered quickly and this could be heard throughout the entire ground and first floor, again this happened into the early hours. On more than one occasion went back to hotel to be asked "you stay, you want check-in", this was being asked a week after we had already arrived. The pool was empty upon arrival and did not get filled and operational until a week after we arrived, the pool bar was never opened, did not even have drinks on display, was just a wooden hut. The meals shown in the photos were not actually available, the hotel does not do catering of any sort, so you cannot enjoy any food at the hotel. The rooms do not come with a fridge, kettle, any sort of amenities like this. "
