Staff was amazing,l Food quiality was very good. But alcoholic dirinks was ok. Spa wasn't good it smells very bad. They play same music all time. But over all it is very nice hotel again staf and managment were very nice and friendly. I would consider go again.

It was really good experience being there!
The entertainment programs were excellent so we didn’t even need to leave the hotel.
Only downside was the slow and unstable Wi-Fi.

Partyhotel ist gut erreichbar, Lage sehr gut. Alle sehr bemüht und freundlich insbesondere Frau Jareh von Gast Service. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, müsste mal saniert werden. Für mich ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Trotzdem komme ich wieder.

There were low-class people at the hotel. The staff were indifferent and tired. They stole my glasses. There was no parking space. They scratched my car. I asked if I could check the cameras, but they didn't.

Overall decent hotel but my room didnt have A/C and the receptionist sadly lied and said it was a hotel-wide issue when it wasn't (my friends in another room had perfectly working A/C)

We had a villa for 5 people (3 adults and2 children). Villa did not have a bed for one adult and smallest villa was given (6011). I had to sleep 3 nights on a reclining chair. We saw a cockroach and our two children were afraid. Entertainment is zero, no activities, although it was bayram/festival in Turkey. Kids playhouse was very limited, 2 people tried to do what they could, there was no written entertainmet program for kids. Pools were OK. Food was good but servicing people did not understand Turkish or English and not enough in number. Hard to explain and ask something for them, they did not understand Turkish or English although they are hardworking. Shopping store workers not professional. Buildings are made good once upon a time but overall it was like 3 star hotel. Will I come back again ? No. I hope this information help you to improve Orange country at Kemer. It gave me an expression that it is going downwards.

Otelin resepsiyon bölümünde çalışanlar iyi yalnız diğer tüm bölümler ilgisiz saygısız ve kaba. hatta bar çalışanları sanki bilerek seçilmiş mümkün olduğunca sizi duymuyor görmüyorlar.
Oğlum 5 yaşında iskeledeki bardan pipet kendi istedi ve barmen pipeti vermeden yolladı çocuğu
çıkış yaparken geç çıkış yok. çıkınca sarı bir bileklik takıyorlar ve otel imkanlarından yararlanılabileceği söylüyorlar buna rağmen Öğlen yemeği için bira aldığımda yanıma garson gelip çıkış yapanların alkol alamayacağı söylenerek doldurulmuş birayı masamdan aldılar böyle terbiyesizlik görmedim ben, otel idaresinin bu şekilde bir kuralı varmış!
Otel idaresinin uyguladığı bu kural hakkında çalışanlara birşey demiyorum fakat idarenin bu tutumunu anlamak mümkün değil. Sonuç olarak garson ve barmenlerin müşteriyle tutumları çok can sıkıcı, müşteri hizmetlerinden sınıfta kalır.

Some good. A lot of so-so. Some horrible things
I will start with the very negative.
We went to their A la carte restaurant.
Food was okayish but my girlfriend noticed that we have been overcharged. The employee refused to make any change and went as far as to call my girfriend names. I had to intervene and we were fairly close to punch each others up.
Never ever seen anything of the like anywhere in the world.
Management apologized and offered us cashback or free lunch.
We declined both. In a civilized nation, this guy would have been fired and even arrested. Such situation can quickly escalate. Some people get stabbed for much less than that.
Our 15 years old girl as my girlfirend were sexually harrassed by turkish males in this resort.
Then again, I have never seen this. Security seems to be asleep or believe this is a normal behavior.
All inclusive means including young girls in their minds ?
I kindly suggest yoy avoid stting at the lobby unless you want to experience bed bugs bites.
On the positive side Murathan went above and beyond to make our stay good.
Alcoholic drinks were okay and there was plenty of food at the buffet (average quality tho').
Would I return ? Yes if they paid me 50 000 euros.

First of all, one of the employees of the mill restaurant who cleans the tables was treating me badly because when he saw that my table had a little bit of corn and olives on it, he came to me and said, “What is this? What is this?” As if he was making me feel that I should clean the table and not him. I have never seen a restaurant in my entire life where the waiter or the table cleaner holds customers accountable if they dirty a little bit of the table. It was Thursday afternoon and I did not know the name of the employee because he was the only one who did not put his name on his shirt. The second thing that I did not like was the food in the restaurants. There were not many options and many of the dishes did not taste good. The third annoying thing was that at the first party, which starts at 10 o’clock, the bar next to it sells drinks and tables for money. I was the one who booked the hotel. Everything was supposed to be free, and this is not good. I advise the hotel management to focus on the first point, which is the bad treatment of the employees. They make me feel as if I am staying in a hotel at their own expense.
