"We enjoyed Donna Carmela so much we extended our stay by 2 days. All staff were gracious and helpful. We loved the sumptuous breakfast, gourmet restaurant for dinner, as well as the lounge and pool bars. After a day of sightseeing around Mt Etna and Taormina, we came back to the oasis of this lovely resort."

Their kindness, consideration, and attention to detail transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with calm and reassurance. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Every interaction felt sincere, every need was met with care, and every moment reflected true customer service at its finest."

Was expecting more Sicilian fare for breakfast, catered too much to North American diet. Not a deal breaker as delicious pasticceria on the street corner. Has so much potential as the courtyard is charming. Overall would recommend. Felt welcome and well looked after. Thank you!"
