"The hotel was in a perfect location & very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great bed. The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"

"Central hotel, no kettle in the room to make a drink, no air-conditioning in the room till 1st may unbearable. Bedroom furniture dated. Decent breakfast provided.The staff are very helpful though and friendly. "

"Great stay overall! This charming, boutique hotel is located in a quiet campiello (small campo or square), only few minutes away from Rialto and Canal Grande. The room was clean and with a spacious bathroom. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location right by the main square. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was always topped up without having to ask. I was disappointed that the air conditioning had not been turned on (this is what I was told when I asked) this resulted in a very hot room making it uncomfortable. We opened the windows but that of course let the mosquitos in! The tea and coffee etc in the room was not replenished daily and we had to ask for fresh supplies. The hotel was not cheap and air conditioning is essential. Be prepared for some noise from the street below when the shops open their shutters early in the morning and visitors are walking past."

"Knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff at reception, cafe and rooftop bar. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only one thing: Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee one morning (I’m a major coffee drinker). Will return when I’m in Venice. "
