"I liked the friendly staff and how they guided us on how to get there and also arranged a water taxi upon our departure. The disappointment was the very small room and also no breakfast although called a B&B. We stayed 4 nights and the linens were not very clean upon arrival and the one day we asked them to clean, it was not a very good clean. The location of the B&B in Venice is in the San Marco area which was great so this was excellent and easy to walk to restaurant’s and also for shopping."

"Hotel Saturnia is the most Amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and treat you like family always. We have returned for many years now and the staff remember you from year to year. The rooms are beautiful and the attention to detail is superior. The staff in La Caravella for dinner are fantastic. Valentino, Ivan and Mirko are truly the Best. Our breakfast is always excellent with service of Valeria. We enjoy our stay every year. Ciao Hotel Saturnia until next year !"

"Had a fantastic stay here. Excellent service with a smile from all staff. In a great location to walk to all areas of this beautiful city. Even managed to get a gondola right opposite the hotel which was an added bonus and water taxi on arrival took us straight to the hotel entrance. Hotel is beautiful from the outside and delightful inside. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made eggs to order. We had a room overlooking the garden which was very peaceful. Fab restaurants very close to the hotel. All in all an excellent stay and would definitely recommend."

"We were very pleased with Palazzo Canova. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful. The room was small -if we were staying longer I would have wanted a larger room and not on the first floor. There was no view unfortunately but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was perfectly fine for a one night stay before our cruise. And the location was perfect-right on the Grand Canal. The rooftop bar was lovely for a cocktail before dinner. Breakfast was also included and was very good. We were able to find several good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel staff recommended a couple and booked us a reservation. Transportation from the airport and to the ship for our cruise was coordinated through the hotel as well. We would definitely return if we go back to Venice."

"We had a very nice stay at the Rialto. Close to things to see and do. Transportation , restaurants and shopping couldn’t be closer. Lovely restaurant at the hotel that served a very nice breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Be aware you have to get to the hotel by boat taxi."
