"The room and the entire hotel is filthy. We walked to our room and the carpet extremely stained and filthy. The room had crumbs everywhere. Hair all over bathroom floor. We left immediately and would never stsy there. I'm asking for a full refund "

"This is an older Best Western that is in need of updates. The included breakfast was disappointing. "

"We didn’t even stay the night. It was dirty and smelled. The door didn’t lock. Other rooms had people living in them. There was windows broken. "

"Parking is about the only good comment I have on this hotel. This hotel is very dated and shabby. It just felt gross. I'II 100% pick sleeping in my car over staying here again. Extremely noisy traffic and other occupants. Second worst hotel l've ever stayed at. And the worst one was practically a rent by the hour we got in highschool so we could drink beer. I’d never stay here again, and want to warn other travelers to steer clear of this one!"
