  • A perfect holiday apartment in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 2 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.



    Modern and cozy, apartment Calpe Beach II 7R is only a short walk away from the beach and many amenities. Located on the 7th floor, you can enjoy the beautiful view towards the sea and city from the spacious wrap-around balcony.



    This modern apartment is the perfect place for a couple to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of Calpe. It offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open living and dining area, complete with stylish kitchen and bar to enjoy your meals. But you’ll probably spend most time on the outside terrace enjoying a left to right view. The best place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails.



    Walking into the apartment, we find the open plan kitchen on the right. It provides a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer (efficiently fitted under the bar). 



    Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge with a 3-sit sofa and flat-screen smart tv. The perfect place to unwind and relax with your favorite series and movies. From here, you also have direct access to the covered terrace with amazing views and a comfortable lounge set and table with four chairs. 



    Around the corner of the living area, we find a separate modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric towel heater. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with one large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a cozy ensuite terrace to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.



    The apartment has airconditioning throughout, free Wifi (optic fiber) and a private parking in the garage. Lastly, and not to be missed, there is a large communal swimming pool to cool-down during a sunny day.



    This gorgeous apartment is the perfect place to stay during your holidays and we can’t wait to welcome you!

    2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

Perfectly located between both beaches right next to The Rock with amazing views from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and the marina within easy walking distance. Great to walk along the seafront. Apartment homely, warm and clean with outside balcony that has a seating area and dining table.

Fijne communicatie, reageert snel. Flexibel. Konden uiteindelijk eerder die dag in het appartement. Dus dat was heel fijn. Duidelijke instructies, informatie over het appartement. Mooi appartement, groot balkon met fantastische uitzichten. Goeie keukenapparatuur aanwezig om zelf te koken. Vlakbij strand en haven en diverse supermarkten.
