"The hotel caught on fire about an hour after check in. We requested a refund for the first night of a 3 night stay and were offered a complimentary room for a future stay. I explained that I lived in another state and the other guests lived in another country so a future stay would never be used. They said sorry they would not offer anything more. Add insult to injury Expedia insurance said they would only offer $300 for future travel. BW 2024 annual revenue was $1B and Expedia's was almost $15B...thanks for the $300 in store credit, I'll take it up with Discover. You both should get into another industry because hospitality is not your forte."

"Room was not clean. Smelled funny-not smokey. Dusty. Dirty pillowcases. Hole in floor of bathroom corner through the sub floor. Since on first floor, any critter could have come through. No closet and very few outlets for electronics. Bathroom was so small that the door was 1/4 inch from toilet, forcing you to stand in the narrow opening between the toilet and tub to open or close the door. Plastic tub creaked when stepping in. Was concerned there was improper support underneath. Breakfast consisted of waffles (waffle batter machine was empty and very messy) bagels or cold cereal, juice or milk. No kind of protein other than Walmart brand yogurt. No decaf coffee. No napkins-had to use paper towels from above a dirty laundry sink next to the food counter. Very thin insulation between first and second story. We heard the party above us all night. The in-room refrigerator had left over food in it from some other guest. Could not recommend to anyone."

"Amenities and customer anticipated needs were well planned. Hotel provides a very modern, fresh, and somewhat upscale (compared to other hotels within the area). Although the parking lot was 100% Full (including overfill of vehicles parked along "created" parking spaces within building perimeter), larger vehicles aka trailers, utility vehicles, Extended Cab parking is very limited. I ended parking down the street in a residential neighborhood. "
