"The location to the airport was perfect and the hotel had free parking. We arrived to check in shortly after 10pm, very nice lady checked us in! We were disappointed there wasn’t a restaurant or lounge still open to grab a bite but made due with purchasing a couple bottles of water and a bag of chips from reception. We were disappointed there wasn’t a kettle in the room as advertised and had to pay $12 for two teas at the restaurant in the morning. The rooms were very affordable and acceptable for a quick stay, just know the amenities are minimal."

"This property was being renovated at the time of our stay. The staff was great! They gave great suggestions on dining and activities. They were always available. We were close to the esplanade which borders the mud lake and lots of public park activities all the way down to the marina. We felt very safe there."
