Ne choisissez pas cet hôtel !!!

J'ai payé sur Expédia 108 euros pour 4 nuits, à l'arrivée on me demande 88 euros pour le séjour... ils ne voyaient soi-disant plus les correspondances avec Expedia... Bref, état de la chambre : couverture sale, poils dans la salle d'eau, sol non aspiré, sombre, vue sur cour intérieur sale, ... J'y ai dormi une seule nuit sur les 4 payées, car en rentrant le soir suivant le lit n'était pas refait ! En plus une odeur de cigarette comme si un fumeur s'en était donné à coeur joie... Retour Global : Inadmissible que Expédia propose encore cet hôtel sur son site en vue de sa note et de ses commentaires... Si j'avais pu en prendre connaissance plus tôt je l'aurais sûrement évité... Mais aujourd'hui je vous le déconseille fortement, cet hôtel est une arnaque totale, le service est déplorable ! 108 euros pour ça... Expédia réveilles toi ! Pour profiter de la belle ville de Cacéres allez dormir ailleurs.

J'ai réservé cet hotel par hasard,pas déçu du tout,un accueil chaleureux par une personne dont je ne connais même pas le prénom et qui pourtant parle plusieurs langues et qui pour me faire plaisir a parlé principalement en français avec moi,nous a très bien conseillé pour allé manger ou pour tout autre service auxquels j'avais besoin,avec le sourire,qu'est ce que ça fait du bien!!!

Établissement inexistant, il serait bien de mettre à jour vos fichiers car j'ai régler deux chambres pour rien. Et j'ai dû le trouver un autre hôtel...

Decepcionante

Engañado por las fotos reservé el hotel, cometiendo el error de no mirar opiniones en otras paginas. Fatal, una habitación vieja, sin cuidar, ruinosa... El ruido de la calle y de los pasillos y habitaciones entraba como si no hubiera pared. Por la mañana, la cortina opaca no cubría ni la mitad de la ventana y entraba la luz. En recepción el que me atendió al llegar muy amable y atento, no como otro por la mañana al entregar las llaves. Si vuelvo a la ciudad, será a otro hotel.

negativo casi todo

nada positivo, por ese precio hay hoteles de 4 estrellas ,pero no en un puente, lo reconozco. Con decir que se marcho una fase de luz y yo desaloje el hotel sin que viniera la luz. deplorable
