This is an enchanting 5 bedrooms property dated back to 15 th century that sits totally undisturbed amidst a beautiful landscape on the top of the  Senese hills. An unpaved road of approx 3.8 km lined in some points by cypress trees leads to the villa which is enclosed at the front by a covered dining and lounge patio.
The house has been restored with great care and attention to the smallest detail, retaining many of the original features common to Tuscan architecture both externally and internally; the decor is modern and elegant, all rooms have exposed beam ceilings, lime washed walls in soft colours and wood floors, with some twists of Italian modern design in the fireplaces, bathrooms and outdoor features.
The property is entirely equipped with ecological, sustainable energy sources, as solar cells for electricity and geothermic system for heating and refreshment of air.
It can easily accomodate 12 persons (2 in the adjacent double sofa bed set in the living room area) in luxurious comfort.
The villa is divided in two floors: on the ground floor you find a full equipped modern kitchen with direct access to a covered outdoor patio facing the pool with a big table to enjoy meals and  the original pizza and bread oven.  On the same floor there are the sitting and dining room areas and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, accessible by a modern  travertine staircase,  there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and one living room area with table and chairs.
In the garden you find a courtyard organized for dining al fresco or just relaxing. The private swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) can be heated on request. The water in the swimming pool is heated by an ecological water conduit system under stones on which the sun shines.
The area around the villa is arranged as a country garden, being up to a hill you can just seat near the pool and admire this landscape of incomparable beauty.
