"Had a great time in London at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spotless. Beds were nice and comfy made for a good sleep. Great location in the downtown core. Had dinner at blakes and the food was really good cooked perfectly!. Something worth trying while here. The gym has everything one would need to keep up their routine with all the free weights youll need. The pool was a nice add, pool was clean and not to cold, and hot tub, which I didn't know was there, was perfect nice and hot, a little small if its busy, but nice to relax in when you can. Definitely will be back next time were in town or even just passing through."

"We were sad the slides were closed when we arrived and learned they are only open on the weekends. We also had an incident with a skip the dish driver being in the pool area possibly video taping us and possibly other families too.!! Would recommend having better security measures in place!! Kept me from sleeping much. Other then that the staff were amazing!! We went for my child's birthday and they set the room up. Room service was quick with breakfast(food was amazing and lots of it for a great price!) Our room was patio view over looking the lighthouse! overall a great experience!! One for the books for sure!"

"the breakfast had a lot to offer so i was impressed with that for sure..the staff were friendly..was nice to have underground parking though didnt realize we had to pay to park if underground or outside but location was good with restaurant right across the street which was very good..the room was a good size and had everything we needed including a hair dryer"
