「I’m going to start off with saying The manor is beautiful. I found this gem kinda last minute and I’m glad I did. It is very clean, quiet and I felt mostly like I had it to myself. There were other guests who were staying but unless if I seen their vehicle or faintly heard them when I went to the Bathroom, I’d have never known. So as many others state, there is no breakfast, the owner you have to call upon arrival, they explain why and they are so nice. But I didn’t stay there for the...

「Fantastic stay - incredible staff - super helpful and friendly. Thanks so much!」

「Eventhougg the staff couldn't help with room service it was ok tgey were so sweet tge tavern was closed but it was a week day. Me and 2 of my hubby and 5 babies needed a mental health day and this place didnt disappoint we looooove ot we will be back again」

「Property surrounding house is lovely. We were drawn to the pet friendly aspect and the B&B atmosphere. House itself is smaller than it looks in photo. Everything was clean but interior looks tired. Our bathroom in Magnolia Room had peeling paint and tub didn't hold water. Continental breakfast was adequate but compared to breakfasts at other B&Bs, it was unremarkable. B&B located close to downtown and within easy drive to Appomattox Courthouse National Park.」

「Only stay if no other options available..」

「Clean rooms, a littler small but very comfortable and prepared with all things you may need. The staff very friendly. Parking accessible. I recommend for sure. 」

「Enjoyed our clean, neat corner room that opened onto a deck, within steps of grass. Loved the modern minimalist decor *esp the lamps matching the decorative pillows*. Just enough downlighting to make it cozy. Everything one might need: good AC, microwave, fridge, glasses, desk, full length mirror, toiletries, enough outlets for charging at small desk. Liked that the vanity/bath/hang up clothes area was off to the side of the room w/the king sized bed. Loved being able to make a cup of coffee and...

「The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us.」
