Centrally located with plenty of room!
We arrived on a rainy New Year's Day after the first leg of our European trip to find the elevator not working. Up to the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) we went with our heavy bags in tow. Not a great start to the visit, but once we opened the door and saw the rooms we relaxed and started enjoying our stay. The Kitchen & Living Room had plenty of space and the shower was great. The elevator was fixed the next day, so no worries about carrying the bags down when we were going to leave a couple of days later.
The apartment is perfectly located, only a short walk from Grand Place and the Metro. Central Station was about a 10 min walk, even with bags in tow. Spent a couple of days exploring Brussels but also took a train into Paris one day and up to Bruges on another. Very easy to get around and great cafes, bars and restaurants to visit.
I would agree with the last reviewer that the bathroom was a bit misleading as it's really just a 1 bath, just a separate room for the toilet (and very small sink). It worked well for our family of 4..but not sure I would stay here as a group of 6. It's really just 1 BR (although there is a separating door that can be pulled out before the bunk beds.
The pictures are very accurate so there should be no real surprises.
