"Whole property is old, dated, and in need of refurbishment"

"Sadly our stay was not great. Hotel is clean, smells great rooms are large and clean. The Bad because they are an Extended Stay you have multiple rooms that people are living there. Room next us had a domestic dispute and we could hear it all around 9pm we notified front desk they had cops come in and arrest the male, we sadly heard it all. next night the smoke alarm in that same room went off and lady opened door and yelled down hallway "sorry I was cooking and alarm went off" this was around 10pm. The UFC fight was on in the room next to us on other side and we could hear their TV most of the night so sleeping was horrible. Would be nice if hotels like this put the extended stay guess in one floor or area of a floor and nightly guess in another section. "

"The ground floor room was ideal for access to the pool, beach and tiki bar. We never used the front door. I have been coming to Daytona for many, many years and have never stayed at Perrys. We think we have found our new go to! Thanks for a great weekend!"

"Great breakfast and fantastic beachfront hotel"

"The only issue was the fry pan for the room was way too large for the burners. Room was big and spacious and clean. Couch was brand new. Perfect stay. The only bad thing was the bathroom had a slide window but it was only a screen or no window without a lock on window. The window was high up and did work out but I like a lock."

"This is an older property so have appropriate expectations. Lots of road noise but room was clean and the A/C kept the room appropriately cooled. "
