"El lugar es para troquemos, el cuarto donde nos quedamos tenía mucho potencial pero necesitaba mucho trabajo. El elevador se veía que no le había pasado aspirado por años, la comida continental era pan abierto, leche en la nevera y un jugo que tenía en la nevera. No individual si no en su envase. Si no fuera por la emergencia me hubiera ido. El lugar apesta a puro cigarrillo, te asfixia el olor a humo. Podría decir más pero no vale la pena 😳"

"I love the old school Uconn pride vibe of the hotel especially the giant Jonathan the husky as you enter the main door. I love Graduate storrs hotel and I wouldnt want it any other way. ❤️"

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"Convenient and comfortable for a quick stay. Parking was easy and hassle-free, and with Walmart right nearby, grabbing anything you need is a breeze. The room was well appointed with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker — all as described. Bonus: lots of outlets including USB and USB-C, which is a surprisingly rare find. The heating/cooling system worked efficiently, the shower had great hot water and solid pressure, and the WiFi was reliable. It was nice and quiet with few other guests around. The only thing to note is that you can hear passing cars and trucks from the road — it's not a busy road, but the sound does carry. Overall a great value for the price."

"Booked a suite room with a tub. The room was very spacious (enjoyed having two separate spaces) and the jetted tub was clean and worked properly. However the room did have some things falling apart and the grime on the walls and doors in the main bedroom was off putting. Breakfast had to be eaten in the designated area and was not allowed back to the rooms which I thought was weird. The breakfast space was small and overly crowded. "

"We booked a wheelchair accessible shower which was available and nesssessary that’s why we booked it , nothing said this room wasn’t available. On getting to the property no room (that we booked) was available. They had only 1 roll in wheelchair shower room which they had already sold to another customer. We had driven 8 hrs so my wife had to lay down and honestly didn’t want to drive further , we were on our way to a wedding and driv they tried to put us in an upgrade room but didn’t need an upgraded room , we needed the room we booked (room in wheelchair shower). How did this happen, we do not want to go through this again? I’d like to get your feedback on this , this is important that hotels can accommodate HC accessible people and maybe have more than 1 accessible room. A room with a bath/shower should not be called HC accessible, people with these conditions can not get into a bath , thanks"

"Room was unclean. Food crumbs on floor by the bed. Comforter for the bed appeared stained with brown spots, The manager on at the time only offered to replace the comforter and that no one could vacuum what was on the floor. Continental breakfast wasn’t good. Stale food."
