「Beautiful inside, and stff were great, parking is very tight though」

「Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. Food was ok if needed a quick bite. Staff friendly and happy to help, if I was in area again I would consider staying again 」

「What a stress. Booked months ago. Received confirmation on Monday for Friday night. 5 rooms booked for colleague reunion. Arrive late afternoon to be met by security guards. No longer a hotel, now a hostel. Hotels.com did a good job in sprting a much better hotel so they did all the could. IBIS.... taking the money and forgetting that they willl still need customers once the govt stops paying them money. 」
