「直してほしい点調理器具は錆びているものが多かったです。シャワーの排水が悪かった。ハウスキーピングがないので、その分、ペーパーや洗剤の補充は希望通りにしてほしかった。チェックイン時には、足りない時は遠慮なく、とのことだったのに、家族4人で利用したので、毎日もらいに行くと、またですか？という対応で、不満でした。」

「We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here」

「Very good location, friendly staff. A bit of a hilly road but close to Central Station. Washing machine and clothes dryer are available which is very convenient. A great place to stay for sightseeing in Brisbane.」

「Convenient and comfortable, had all we needed for three nights. Great location. Could do with a few extra/stronger lightbulbs and the odd bit of minor maintenance (the couch) but overall good value for money. Would recommend, would stay again. 」

「The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...

"小学生の子供連れで3泊しました。 2024年に再開発で生まれ変わったエリアのシンボルホテルでカジノも併設されていますが、想像よりも落ち着きもあり大満足でした。リバーサイドの立地はブリスベンを代表する景色ですし、街の喧騒から少し離れた場所にあります。人工ビーチや美術館等のある川の反対側に渡る新しい歩道橋と直結しており、徒歩での移動に最適です。また、高速の出口がすぐ近くにあり、ブリスベン空港からタクシー、Uber等で25分程度で着きます。ルーフトップは一般の方にも開放されている展望施設になっていますが、ブリスベンの街を一望でき、夜景も満喫出来るのでお勧めです。 7階には宿泊者しか入れないプールがあります。 2つあるプールのうち1つは温水プールで、8月（冬）でも楽しめます。夕方以降は少し肌寒いですが、横にサウナが2つあります。"
