From the staff at the restaurant / bar to the staff assistance when I couldn’t do the automated checkin (Expedia reservations / non-UK addresses don’t line up with their system), you could tell that they wanted you to be delighted with your stay. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Southport. 」

「Great from the start to the finish , staff to mention Bridget Jack and Adessa . So lovely to talk to and so kind if offering support . We went to meet up with friends going on a cruise , checked in beforehand and talked to Bridget who was so friendly and welcoming . We wanted to stay two nights but the hotel was fully booked for the second night so Bridget suggested another nearby so we could still meet up with our friends . The restaurant was so lovely , the food great and again the hotel staff...
