「This cottage was just perfect for us. Clean, tidy, cozy...all we could ask for! Great location...easy walk from cottage to the center of Grassington with it's shops, pubs, visitors center & sites...walk in the other direction & you are minutes away from walks on the Dales with scenic vistas & idyllic beauty. Host provided lots of info at cottage about walks and sites to see. We loved our time here. Highly recommend!」

「Could not fault the communication or the property. Absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need for an exceptional stay. A special shout out to the hosts, during our stay sadly my sister died back at home and the care , compassion and help that the hosts showed I will remember for ever. They even brought flowers for me. We did leave to head back home so didn't check out local area at all. But highly, highly recommended. 」

「We had an amazing stay in this beautiful cottage.The highlights are the peace and quiet and the amazing views, as well as the comforts of the cottage itself. Lots of farm animals to watch, which we enjoyed. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is very clean.The double bed is super comfy and the whole cottage is cool when needed (as some of our weather was very hot!) but also warm when required (as it also turned cold and rainy!)Ample parking at the front and a nice little patio space...

「Came to settle for some 3 peaks hiking and to meet up with old friends for joint birthday celebrations. Woodstock cottage was ideally located for train travel with substantial baggage. The cottage was great, had everything needed for my 5 night stay. Loved the reclining sofa, fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds and bathtub. Kate was a great host and added thoughtful extra touches like milk in the fridge and a small welcome hamper. Could not have had a better stay in this value for money cottage. 」

「What a gorgeous property. Peaceful view of the sheep pasture, perfect linens, clean, luxurious and great leisure area with pool table and darts. 」

「The Flaggs is a special place. Its old world charm is complemented with modern comfortable beds and lovely pillows. Although small it contains everything one needs for a 5 night stay.It is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to Settle station from where you can take the scenic Settle to Carlisle line to enjoy splendid views of the Yorkshire Dales or do excellent circular or linear walks.We would stay at the Flaggs again.」

「We stayed for a week in February and didn’t want to leave. The Cottage is a home away from home and has everything we needed and much more. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook each day. The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. Neil and Sharon were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed their advice and friendly chats! Can’t wait to return!」
