「Super freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstück」

「Its in a beautiful area, on the Mosel. In a residential street, with parking for about 12 cars near the hotel. (We had to park 10 min walk away in another property's garden) A tad expensive for what it is, but you do get a good breakfast, and access to the pool which is a bonus. The property looks like its been recently modernised, however i was surprised to find there was no AC in the room and the most useless TV remote i have ever encountered.」

「Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great」

「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor...

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tolles Hotel! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel sauber und modern. Besonders cool fanden wir den digitalen Check-in und dass man die Hoteltür einfach per App öffnen und schließen kann , sehr praktisch und innovativ. Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück war richtig gut und abwechslungsreich. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Parkmöglichkeit außerhalb des Hotels war sehr umständlich, mit dem Auto ca. 9 Minuten, zu...

「オンラインでのチェックインを前提としており、スタッフがいる時間である夕方６時迄にチェックインをしないと、戸惑う事になりそう。チェックイン後も６時以降はスタッフに連絡を取れないので、部屋の温度調整や湯沸かしの提供依頼は、Expedia経由となった。ただし翌朝のスタッフ出勤後に直ぐ対応してもらえた。モーゼル川の流れを見ながらの朝食は素晴らしかった。 」
