We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms.
A charming place. The historic exterior belies homely rooms, though the inside is a bit of a warren. The Town is lovely. Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. Can only recommend a visit to here and to Bullay, which is a good base for the Moselle.
Had to make a last-minute reservation and made a mistake with it, but the hotel was very kind and understanding. Got the upper double room with mountain view for one night during our Mosel bike trip. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast gave us energy to continue our ride. A wonderful stay; highly recommended!
Great staff, extremely helpful and super kind. The room was renovated, spacious and had a good fan for the hot nights. Very well situated, close to the mosel, the train and a winery. The breakfast was very complete: muesli, eggs, cold cuts, breads, cheeses; you make it.
Great little boutique hotel with extremely friendly staff who spoke great English even though the hotel clientele was exclusively German except for us. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Our only complaint was lack of any body wash or shampoo to use in the shower.
First Hotels charged my cc for the stay.. during check out the lady at the front desk charged us for the stay saying she had not received payment from hotels.com (ekspedia).
So people you are herby warned..
The check in process was also a mess.
Service: Sehr aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal.
Kommunikation: WLAN sehr gut. Stabile Bandbreite.
