Accessibility
The front and back entrances have steps leading to the doors. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. However, the shower is not handicap accessible.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of storage areas such as the basement and garage.

Enjoy the quiet shores of Seabright Beach just a minute’s walk away, or take a short drive to Jennings Beach for a wide, sandy stretch along the Long Island Sound. Fairfield University is just three miles away, with Sacred Heart University only six miles beyond, making this an ideal location for those seeking both seaside serenity and easy access to local amenities.

Other Things to Note:
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy will immediately be in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
