「Hotel staff were very friendly and kind and made our stay so comfortable. One thing that was a little annoying was the floor that was partly not flat. Also shower head was old-fashioned. It would be much easier to control water volume and direction with a new shower head.」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay.」

「excellent service and good hospitality」

「I had a wonderful experience during my first stay in New York. The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, so I didn’t experience the usual stresses you sometimes encounter when staying at hotels overseas.
