"Beautiful property overall in a great location, our room was great, we loved the rooftop bar, only complaint was that the pool/ hot tub were closed while we were there due to intermittent rain, it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub in the chilly weather"

"The room was less than ideal. TV didn't work, toilet didn't flush, and the refrigerator sounded like a diesel truck idling in your room. Certainly could have been better for the price of $300+ per night. "

"Super comfortable bed and very clean room. Loved the shower too. Our room was across from the elevators and noisy spring break young adults were loud and boisterous until 2 am. Also, Kuerig didn’t work in our room and when I shared that info at check out, receptionist didn’t care. I asked if she could make me a coffee, she said there is coffee, but it’s cold. Not exactly great customer service. I would like to give them another try and hope this review helps with better customer service going forward. "
