「We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV.
