The Space:
The Stables by Tiny Away is located in the rual locality of Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast Region. Close to the Ginger Factory, Kondalilla National Park, and Amaze World. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom has a flushed toilet (connected to a septic tank), a sink, and a shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the communal pool, farm, creeks (or dams), and forested areas.

The Neighborhood:
The Stables by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast Region. Where you can explore restaurants, markets, and attractions. Palmwoods, Malaney, and Montville are all within a short drive of the property. So, make an endless list of things to do!

Our local recommendations:

- The Ginger Factory has fun rides, fascinating tours, cafes, and beautiful subtropical gardens for everyone.
- Ricks Garage and Diner offers a wide variety of menu options, including burgers, seafood, salads, and sides.
- Maleny Sunday Market has a wide variety of products and stalls for visitors to shop. Every Sunday, from 8 AM to 2 PM.
- Amaze World is a popular tourist attraction on the Sunshine Coast known for its mazes, augmented reality, and mini golf.
- Kondalilla National Park is ideal for bushwalking and mountain retreats for visitors interested in lush bushforests, waterfalls, and natural surroundings.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 3 mins to and from the nearest town, Evolo
- 20 mins to and from the nearest city, Moololaban

By public transport: Guests can ride a bus from Evolo Station, which is 2 kms to trains and bus network.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Farm tours and animal feeding is available at an $15 per person
- Please be aware of the dams, waterways, and farm animals on the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of $50 settled on-site, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Firewood is available for $22 per bundle. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own or gather wood from the paddocks.

Important note:

- Please note the ongoing earthworks as we restore the area after the flood
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
