"Excellent hotel, especially for a college town. Only complaint was that our fridge was not working in our room, and when we reported it they said they’ll be in our room in 20 minutes. We waited and waited, and they never showed up, until 10:20 the next morning before check out. We said something to the front desk upon checkout, but she didn’t care. Oh well! "

"Overall stay was good. Was there for graduation weekend for niece. Only complaint was when we went down to eat breakfast, we tried to get a plate and was told its close till 7:30. We were 7 minutes early as we had to rush and leave for graduation. Everything was ready but they wouldn't let us get a plate 7 minutes early. Its ridiculous considering I paid over $1,200 for the weekend for a 2 bedroom suite there and I cant even eat breakfast that I paid for 7 minutes early. "

"Stayed two nights for graduation ‘24. It’s east of highway 6 in a cluster of newer hotels. Because it was graduation the rate was over $300/night which otherwise would be ridiculous for a garden inn in Texas. Was a little put out that that on top of that they charged $12 for a modest buffet breakfast although I must have dodged the check the first day. Room was ok although the bathroom fixtures could use some help. The faucet in the sink was loose and the bathtub drain had to be unscrewed to...

"It’s always a good experience when we stay here in the 2 bedroom suite and the staff go way beyond especially the one staff Justin who helped me out a lot they’re all excellent but Justin at the south Waco location helped a lot just wanna say thank you "
