We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this property. Must have a parking pass in your windshield. Parking passes are in the unit for you. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
Pools & Spas: The rental property owner or rental property association controls pool temperatures. Fran Maxon Real Estate is not responsible for pool or spa temperatures, closures or malfunctions. No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.
Please remember you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. This includes noise at the pool area.
