「Breakfast was excellent, desk staff were helpful with an excellent restaurant suggestion」

J'entendais ce que disait la. Télévision de mon voisin et les ronflements de mon autre voisin comme sil etait dans ma chambre 」

「We always stay here when we are in the area since our daughter attends school here, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is great when compared to other hotels especially when Binghamton has events .」

「The room was clean and accessible. However, there wasn't any bathroom soap provided and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty. Mentioned this to the staff but no apologies were offered. Not the level of service I expected. Breakfast offerings were reasonable (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc.).」

「Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.」

「Not a fan of the hotel set up. Room was small, no closet, bed was uncomfortable. Kept running out of creamer, supplies for breakfast. It wasn't horrible but I would choose a different hotel next time.」

「My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.」

「So thankful for the many EV chargers on site! Charge while sleeping was a big time-saver the next day. I understand the desire to have soft water, but it’s tough to feel like you got the soap washed off your hair and skin. Our shower drain was clogged so it was not only a bit disgusting to stand in soap scum while showering, but we were within a quarter of an inch from flooding out the entire bathroom. The person who checked us in wasn’t pleasant at all, not one smile or welcoming word. They...
