The room was spacious. The kitchen, the bathroom and the closets were amazing. We have tried 3 other places to stay in Binghamton. This is our favorite. The ONLY downside is that you have to go outside to get to the breakfast and lobby
The person at the desk was pleasant during check-in. My teammate had to move rooms once she checked in due to the smell in her room (either cat urine and/or weed). My room also smelled musty. I did not have a closet, iron or ironing board in my room and it was an accessible room (I did not require that accommodation but that is fine). One positive note- the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Overall, the space seems run down, people appear to be living there and sitting in their cars smoking weed. The parking lot has many potholes. I stayed there two years ago and there is a significant decline. We will not stay here in the future.
Property was old and dated, and other than the lobby it looked as if not too much care to overall appearance was given including the room. Proximity to the college and local dining/shopping options were great but that's about it. Would not stay there again.
We were looking for a pet friendly hotel to have a family overnight for my Binghamton University student’s BD. It was perfect. The loft room gave us plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely be back

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a wonderful, clean room. I chose this hotel due to its great reviews. The assistant manager was very customer focused.
