Management and all staff at this property are truly wonderful. They were very welcoming upon arrival and helped me immediately when noise would not allow me to take my scheduled work Zoom calls from my room. They responded quickly and had me working in a quiet space without hesitation. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Most of all the breakfast area staff was excellent, extremely helpful. They served exceptional breakfast, kept it hot, cleaned the dining area, and were kind and helpful. Front desk, great. Janitorial staff, great. Impressive hotel!

Very nice room with comfy king bed. Sofa bed was better than most. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very goid with a wide variety of waffles, eggs, bacon, breads, etc. Good location. Woyld stay again.

The shower couldn’t be regulated so it was either scalding hot or cold. There were kids running up and down the halls yelling at all hours. Room had stains on the floor. The bed was horrible and pillows were not comfortable at all.

They are going through a renovation and it’s impacting their amenities. Things like the in-room ceiling fan missing a remote which it can’t work without (and a faulty one being provided). Plus the breakfast offering and the common area seating are not nearly as good as they were. Hopefully once the renovations are complete it will be more like it used to be.

I have to say that the night we checked in the young lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Also, I understand the property was under construction, however, our room had spiderwebs in almost every corner, there was something sticky on the carpet, and the pullout bed was unbearable for my children to sleep on. Both said they slept horribly with springs poking them, minimal mattress cushion, flat pillows, and with every move there was loud screeching from the springs. There were also stains on the kitchenette chairs, so I pray that with this remodel they invest in an upholstery and carpet that is easy to clean, better quality furniture, and a good cleaning service.
