"No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed."

"The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! "

"First of all when I arrived the clerk was sitting in the office texting or playing on his cell phone not paying any attention that I was waiting at the counter. Not friendly and seemed more in a hurry to get back to his phone than to really help me get checked in. You can certainly tell the building is old and needs repairs. Doors are broken all over down the hallways. A few of them actually look like they have been broken into which is very alarming and feels very unsafe. The king size bed is in horrible condition. The center of the bed is worn out a whole lot more than the rest of the bed making it very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep. Hair left behind from previous tenants in the shower area and tub. Hair was brown strait and about 4 inches long which did not match mine or the other guests hair. You can see pee spots all over the floor surrounding the toilet. He central air system had gaps where you could see directly outside thru. Also the whole thing moved which should not do that. Very unsafe for a second floor unit. And my absolute favorite issue, a full plate of breakfast foods left inside the microwave from who knows when. I wish I could upload photos and the videos of this room. It was absolutely horrible. Definitely will not be staying at this location ever again. Certainly not worth the money I paid either!! Very unpleasant experience!! "

"The stay was pleasant and everyone was very nice . The room was clean and the beds were nice to sleep on."

"Booked our hotel specifically for the hot tub/pool, which turns out was waiting on an inspection and was closed during our stay. Very frustrating, but out of the staff’s control. What is under their control is how they treat guests. Woke up the first morning of our stay, and was very much looking forward to a hot shower.. only to find the water didn’t get much above lukewarm. Went to the lobby to get extra towels for my partner and ask if the water was just a problem with our room, or a known hotel-wide issue. Was greeted by the front desk staff with an eye roll and a sigh when asking for additional towels. She said she didn’t know of any hot water issue. But in the next breath said that it happens when too many people take a shower at once.. so I guess they were, in fact, aware of it. Didn’t really have a hot shower for our entire stay, even with timing showers late in the evening. Very disappointing, but more disappointing about the indifference/rudeness from staff. The breakfast was the only decent thing about this stay, and maybe the courtyard. But that’s about it. Would not recommend. "
