「My issue was eventually resolved, but I was disappointed with the initial response I received. I want the hotel to be aware that the first interaction did not meet expectations and should not be part of a guest’s experience. I booked a standard room with a queen-size bed and, prior to arrival, contacted the hotel to request a room that was not located at either end of the corridor. The hotel replied that they would do their best to accommodate my request. However, upon arrival, I discovered that...

「Its was great clean」

「The room was clean and comfortable. There was no elevator so carrying our luggage to the second floor was a little bit of a struggle. Parking was a big plus. There were no staff on site when we checked in or out, everything was done thru WhatsApp.」

「Definitely the best hotel of my life. The staff were wonderfully caring and the breakfast was excellent. Also, and this is my favourite point, the entrance scents lovely 🌸 I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Lisbon.」

「An unforgettable 3-day stay at Sublime Lisboa delivered the finest hospitality experience. From the moment of arrival, the team made the stay feel effortless and warm. Francisca truly stood out with her infectious bubbliness, radiant smile, and constant readiness to assist with anything needed. The dining experience matched the high standard of the service. The restaurant food was remarkable—packed with great flavors—and the waitstaff provided attentive, seamless service throughout every...
