"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"

"Stayed in room 139, it was probably nice when new but is in disrepair, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the closet door was broken, the closet door for the washer dryer was missing, bedding for the hide-a-bed wasn’t washed and had some type of dark substance smeared on it. Was a disappointment for the cost. "

"Location was great and hotel was nice, but the room was a little odd. They had us in a room that had diagonal piece extending out from the top of the room to half way down the wall, which made the room feel much smaller. Guess it's part of the of the building but I had never stayed in a room like that before. Wasn't a huge deal but I can't give it 5 stars when it certainly didn't feel "perfect"."
