"In fact, I had a bad experience during check-in. The man at the reception was careless and, despite having already paid, the full amount was charged again. I ended up paying twice, and it took time to get the refund. However, Simin Mandegarian was truly amazing and completely changed my experience. "The flat was very nice and comfortable. When we arrived it was decorated with love - even with a personal letter and a bottle of wine. The communication was very fast and good, even though there was a little misunderstanding in the beginning, we could arrange perfectly fine. I can definitely recommend to stay in this flat in the very center of Wuppertal, just two steps from the central station. "
