"What we liked the most was the service. The attentiveness of Manuela was exceptional. To be totally honest, this wasn't our first choice of accomodation for our stay at Naples. We came across this place randomly after our first choice didn't provide door code and room code for our arrival time on time. But the minute we walked into president suites we regretting not booking this place in the first place. Eventhough parking in Napoli is something else, we did not have trouble to find a parking...

"Terrible location. We were looking for a hotel close to the airport- but this one is definitely was not a good choice. No taxi or uber to be found. The stuff wasn’t helpful. The hotel is very dated and dark, no restaurants around and the one on promises was not good. Overall it was not a good experience. "
