To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

General Conduct
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
No Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the decks.
No Events or Parties: This is a peaceful retreat – no parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted.
Pets
Pet Approval Required: Dogs are welcome with prior approval only. A $200 non-refundable fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit apply.
Neighbor’s Dogs: Please note that four dogs live next door and can be vocal. We kindly ask that your pet is not left alone if they tend to bark.
Leashing Required: For everyone`s safety, all pets must be leashed when outside.
Property Use
Minimum Stay: A minimum 5-night stay is required. Shorter bookings (2–3 nights) are not accepted.
Lock-Up Procedure: While in-stay, please keep the home secure using the key. Upon check-out, ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Outdoor Spaces: Please treat our decks and yard with care. Use the BBQ safely and responsibly, and do not leave it unattended while in use.
Safety & Cleanliness
No Garage Access: The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.
Trash & Recycling: Please place all waste and recycling in the bins located by the garage.
Report Issues: Notify us promptly of any damages or issues so we can address them quickly.
