The staff were very helpful! Train station is only a 2min walk. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese restaurants, you will need to travel out further about 20mins away to find an authentic ramen spot. Great place and would definitely book again when we come back to Osaka. "

"Daiwa have got a very good hotel product. Right down to the design of their pyjamas. This hotel is very well placed to access the Port, public transport and the excellent shopping malls. The room layout is good and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t try their food offering so cannot comment. Overall we enjoyed Kobe and the hotel was excellent "
