"This a a cute, extremely clean, well stocked home. Its location is close to major freeways to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The host has thought of everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be renting again when visiting Reno."

"Hi, I'm requesting assistance with a partial refund for my recent stay. We did not have hot water for two days, which significantly affected our stay. We had to shower elsewhere and couldn't properly bathe our baby before checkout.I contacted the host during the stay but the issue wasn't resolved. Since hot water is a basic amenity, I'd like support with obtaining a partial refund. This was supposed to be our Valentine’s Day getaway. "

It was ideally located for our trip to the Tahoe ski resorts, offering easy access to the slopes. The Tesla charger was a great bonus, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
