"Customer service all the way. I didn't get the name of the worker at the front desk but she was so super sweet and helpful in checking me in-- and when I mentioned I was a light sleeper, she reassigned me to a floor further away from the floor that is currently being renovated. The room was quiet as a cave!! Fabulous! Parking was easy, water pressure was great, I was a happy camper!! I need a sewing kit and Logan's behold she had one waiting for me at the front desk. I don't normally stay so far in to Short Pump but I will consider this location again. For the price, it delivered majorly."

"Hotel is under renovation, so common areas and elevators were rough. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Shower and sink drains were SUPER slow and the hall/room was very humid. Like…door didn’t automatically latch humid. No bathroom fan which is a personal pet peeve and didn’t help with humidity level in the room. Overall nice and would stay here again."
