「We’ve always loved staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel and great location. I do have to say the service was lacking from the start on this stay. The valet was visiting with 2 other employees on arrival and then got on his phone. We started unloading. He finally came after we were unloaded, asking for check-in info and never offered assistance, a cart or anything.
