「Excellent beach house 」

「The property was clean and as advertised. There was a domestic issue with the neighbor and two men. One in a police car , the other laying in our front yard with blood all over him. According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was. The property was cute but not a situation we wanted to be in the middle of to start our vacation」

「The courtyard was so beautiful. The cottage was decorated so beautifully. The owners were very nice. I would definitely rent the cottage again.」

「Overall, this property has some positives, but there were a few notable drawbacks that impacted the experience.The booking guide did indicate where parking was—on the right-side entrance in front of the unit. However, unless you have a 4x4 vehicle, there was no practical way to access the drive. I attempted to back in and hit the 14" curb. Additionally, other tenants had parked on the street and taken up most of the available space, which made parking even more challenging.The entry porch was...
