"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked with us kindly around our early arrival and accommodated a late checkout without hesitation. The lobby, dinning area and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities made us feel at home. Continental breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The hotel was easy to find and easy to access and close to shopping and food. Although the pool was not heated, despite it being January, that didn’t stop our children from enjoying it anyway. And hot tub was very cozy. We cannot say enough great things. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Great reception staff, fantastic hot tube that was working in the middle of Winter. The concierge staff were really attentive and helpful. The breakfast system was very confusing with vouchers, a checklist and being forced to sign! Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the historic rail yards and the shopping district."
